APARTMENT RENOVATION / 40m² + MEZZANINE
From time to time we step outside the world of tiny houses on wheels to work on less constrained projects. This unit renovation is the second of its kind. In fact, it's located directly below our previous version! With a similarly tight brief, we were tasked with fitting a lot of function in a very very small space. Just as with tiny houses on wheels, this resulted in a challenging design process with overlapping functions, and the need to work to a very fine tolerance during construction. This Tiny House Company design was skilfully executed by Greg Thornton Constructions, with foreman Tom Edds leading the build.
